We have hosted our staff event at Country Heritage Gambrel Barn two years in a row and have been impressed both times. The barn itself is beautiful and can hold a ton of people, the communication with our Events Coordinator Emilie is flawless and she was always willing to be flexible and accommodate our requests. They created custom drinks at our request and we always hear great things from our staff about the venue location. If you are looking for a corporate venue we absolutely recommend, and I'm sure it would be a great personal venue as well!
We visited here for Country Bright and had a blast! It is an amazing Christmas light display! If you’re looking for a great place to take your spouse or family to see Christmas lights, this place should definitely be on your list!
Our favourite was the lit up electrical lines path area with the 4 AMAZINGLY decorated trees. The snow globes were a close second favourite!
Watch out for the snowman army! ☃️
Enjoyed Pumpkin After Dark, so came back for Twinkle After Dark.
Very cozy and festive little stroll - took about 30 minutes at a normal walking pace without too much stopping to take pics. If you like lots of pics/walk at a leisurely pace, it’d take about 45min-1hr as advertised on their website.
They allow dogs on Thursdays after 8pm.
The elf we came across on our stroll was full of Christmas joy, he reminded us of Buddy from Elf and elevated our experience. Didn’t get his name but he was the only elf on Nov 24 around 8-9pm - thanks buddy!
There is this carved pumpkins event these days called Pumpkins after dark these days. All Halloween displays are made out of pumpkins. Displays are distributed along around 1 km path and a fun place to visit with kids. There are about 2 food trucks but lines were long and could not buy anything eventhough I wanted to. I would not exactly recommend this place for people with wheelchairs as ground is not exactly even and hard to push but surprisingly I saw about 2 people in wheelchairs. You have to book online for a time slot and can not buy tickets at the farm.
We had our wedding here at the Gambrel Barn in January 2023 after a postponement from January 2022. We worked with Karri originally and then Sam and both were amazing. Everyone was so helpful when dealing with the various pandemic restrictions and then ultimately our postponement. Sam was great to work with alongside the coordinator we hired to really create a dream team and ensure our vision came together. The grounds have amazing photo opportunities and the staff on our big day were absolutely wonderful! We had the most amazing night and we couldn't thank everyone enough!
This place is the bestest!

A good walk tour inside the park which is reserved for agriculture and also being used as a police training ground as it displays at the entrance...
Went there on the 31st Dec night and had an amazing sight and experience of the lights... Kids enjoyed it... Entry fee was $19/20 per adult and it was worth it...
The old McDonald's farm with the animals and lights decorated with it...Polar bears and Santa ... If you wish to donate few dollars it will be a great help to the organizers too...
We always have an amazing time shooting at Country Heritage Park. The beautiful barnyard interior makes for some great pictures as well as the greenery that surrounds the place which is still nice even on cloudy days. Would definitely recommend this venue for any wedding or big celebration.
Indigenous Evening at the Gambrel Barn
Great place for rustic themed events! I attended an Indigenous Evening - wonderful! The space is beautiful and the grounds are vast. Gorgeous for photos.
